We are a boutique bookkeeping and accounting firm with over 30 years of experience, serving a diverse clientele including e-commerce businesses, retailers, construction companies, sports agents, athletes, realtors, beauty salons, architects, lawyers, doctors, CPA firms, artists, private investors, and more.

Services and Rates

OUR SERVICES 

  • Initial Setup for new companies using QuickBooks or your preferred software, customized to fit your business needs.

  • Books Cleanup for existing companies to ensure accurate financial records.

  • Accounts Payable management, including bill payments, check writing, and aging reports.

  • Accounts Receivable services, such as customer invoicing, payment tracking, deposit processing, and reporting.

  • Full Payroll Services, including direct deposits and payroll tax filings, using your preferred payroll provider (e.g., Gusto, SurePayroll, ADP, Paychex).

  • Bank Reconciliation for all accounts, including checking, savings, money market, loans, credit cards, and lines of credit.

  • General Ledger posting, maintenance, reconciliation, and analysis.

  • Month-End Closing and financial reporting to ensure timely and accurate records.

  • Financial Statement Preparation and analysis to give you a clear view of your business's financial health.

  • Budget Setup and Analysis to help you plan and track your financial goals.

  • State, County, and City Business Tax handling, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax regulations.
     

OUR RATES

Our bookkeeping and accounting services start at $100 per hour, though rates may vary based on the complexity of the work. For small businesses with minimal time requirements, a minimum monthly fee of $200 applies.

 

We also offer a discounted monthly retainer plan, ideal for clients who wish to reserve a set number of hours each month. Additional hours beyond the reserved block will be billed at the reduced rate.
